   I've had two recent dealings with this company, the first was a pallet with a large bulky item on it delivered to my home, the delivery guy was a true gent and helped me get it in even though it was too big for the front door and had to be taken round the back, he even took the pallet away for me. The second was today when I had a large heavy piece of used equipment delivered, the sender put the fragile tall top heavy item on a substandard broken pallet, and it was almost certain to fall over and break beyond repair. The people at Hallam saw what was going to happen and re-palleted the item in a more secure position, ensuring that it arrived safely. Both times Hallam Express have gone above what would be expected of a delivery company. And almost uniquely seem to care that your items gets delivered in one piece and without a problem. Highly recommenced.

   Driver was witnessed hitting our wall, and knocking it over, with his wagon. He even got out and attempted to stand it back up. The company has flatly refused to pay for the damage despite two witnesses. Find another more moral delivery company.
