   Driver for one of their vehicles decided to stop in front of some junction lights on the A47, stick his hazards on then proceeds to get out and walk to the nearest Tesco for some lunch while holding up all the traffic. Appreciate drivers need to get their lunch but he could’ve stopped at the lay by 200 feet up the road instead.
