the staff was most helpful and efficient, and the establishment was beautiful. Also the clinician that I saw was very kind and caring in regards to my disability, overall it was a nice experience in a wonderful setting.

Results came through within 5 days and happy to say they were all clear. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or family.
My experience was only made exceptional because of the nurse that took such good care of me with her warm personality and kindness, Nasley Goolam. I have been to the centre a few times and none of the other times did I receive an envelope with my access code and told that I can see my images after my scan. Nasley went above and beyond to provide me this information and answer my questions patiently. The other staff members were very sweet and customer service oriented. My appointment was very quick without any waiting time.

Brought my 5 year old daughter in for an ENT review and was thrilled with the experience. From start to finish she was so well looked after. Was able to have a Consultation, assessment, hearing test and follow up all in one day. Brilliant care and huge thanks to all.
Attended at 10:00 hours and wasn’t seen till almost 11:00 hours for a 10:30 hours consultation. Consultation was fine, management was not. I was not able to be fitted in for an MRI while other clients/patients that attended later than myself were. Less than satisfactory to say the least. One staff at reception was friendly, the other could not even smile.
I couldn’t of been happier with the service I received from Mr Jason Hargrave who performed my procedure. He did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. His secretary Jackie was also very helpful when I had any questions and kept me informed of all my appointments and had an extremely friendly manner on the phone. I was quite anxious before my procedure but was put at ease and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Very grateful indeed to Mr Hargrave and his team!
