My husband recently had a small bowel MRI at this facility. We arrived on time for him to drink the required oral contrast. While the appointment started about 30 minutes late, I understand that delays can happen and that was not our main concern. What was concerning was the lack of post-procedure monitoring. This was my husband’s first time receiving MRI contrast, and there was no observation period afterward. Standard practice is typically to monitor patients for at least 15 minutes to ensure there are no adverse reactions, but this did not occur. After leaving the facility, my husband began experiencing symptoms that indicated he was not feeling well. Had there been appropriate post-procedure monitoring, this issue may have been identified and addressed sooner. I’m sharing this review out of concern for patient safety and in the hope that post-procedure care and monitoring can be more consistent in the future.

Best care I’ve received in a long time. From the moment I arrived to A&E for urgent care, everyone was incredibly kind, calm, and professional. I came in feeling really unwell and left back on my feet. There was a small wait, but it was absolutely manageable and handled with care. Special thanks to Dr. Agniva, Nurse Regie, and the kind receptionist working the desk on Tuesday night who immediately offered me a bag when I started vomiting — that small act of compassion meant everything in the moment. I’m deeply grateful to now know there’s a hospital in London I can truly trust. Thank you all so much.

Excellent care from start to finish. Staff were kind, attentive and very professional. I felt well-looked after and respected at every stage. The nurses and doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in regularly, and made me feel safe throughout my treatment. The environment was clean, calm and reassuring. Thank you to the whole team for delivering such high-quality care — your kindness made a difficult time much easier.

Excellent hospital. Friendly staff and health care staff are out of this world. Great experience all the time. Can’t fault them at all. Facilities are great too.

I recently received surgery at The Princess Grace Hospital which included a three night stay. The level of care was absolutely phenomenal. The staff on Floor 5 that I came into contact with were all amazing. Post discharge I received a phone call 24 hours after returning home from the discharge nurse to see how I was getting on and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this hospital to others. The team go above and beyond and I am so grateful to them.

So disappointed with this hospital considering it is private. GP referred me and told me to go to the hospital to make appointment. Went to hospital who told me to go online, applied for appointment online (given that its pretty urgent and i need to be seen within the 2 week period) did not hear anything back. Called hospital again 3 days later who said there is no record of my applying online for appointment and that they dont even know where that online booking goes to!!!!! Now i am being told that my referral letter is not sufficient enough even though i have one from my NHS GP and private GP, apparently it is not signed and only digitally signed.

Very friendly staff. Everyone who I encountered spoke to me, even in the lift. Amazing care from the staff. Good food. Really felt as though the staff cared and had time to spend with patients. Highly recommended

The staff is incredibly rude. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else that is equally overpriced, but at least they treat you right and as a human being. Reception lady was rude, asking everyone to put a mask when she is not wearing one. Then another lady came in that rudely sent next of kins to a waiting room incredibly far away, leaving elderly and non-english speaking language patients alone.

Excellent care and well informed by the surgurens and anesthesist. First surgery I've had and everything was carefully explained while also giving reasonable reassurance where needed. Perfectly looked after by the great night shift nurses and discharged same day with detailed instructions for being at home.
