They were initially able to obtain for us (a then 'difficult to insure' new LLP customer) actual insurance, all very professionally and in a friendly manner from Director to telephone answerer. Since then they have progressed us to ever better value insurance as our trading (and non-claiming) history developed, while maintaining prompt and reassuring support. Totally recommended.

   We have been dealing with Tony from Edison Ives for Buildings Insurance and he has been absolutely fantastic, after a tedious day of calling different places we stumbled across Edison Ives, and I am pleased we did. The service has been second to none, I feel like Tony understood what we were looking for and gave us some great advice, he wasn't doing a hard sell like other places, just really pleasant and personable. Its not often I write reviews but really feel like Tony and Edison Ives have stood out as offering excellent service, in a world where poor is normal and mediocre is what we are usually happy with!

   Becky Coote the lady that we dealt with for our insurance claim was very pleasant and efficient when dealing with us. She always got back to us promptly and to renew our insurance only took a matter of days which was fantastic as we were new clients to them. However I must say that if have found Paul Blythe of Edison Ives exceptional in the level of advice and overall helpfulness. The policy price that he negotiated was very competitive and he managed to obtain a longer unoccupation of our business than normal. He is a man on top of his job and I was more than pleased to place my next policy with his company. I would urge anyone seeking business insurance to at least give Paul an opportunity to quote.

   A fantastic company to deal with. Not only were they extremely efficient and provided a number of quotes which were cheaper than the current insurer of our block of flats, but everything was arranged in a timely and friendly manner and whatever was promised in terms of communication and updates was delivered ahead of time.
