Absolute rip off and joke of a company. Charge £500 fees but make nothing but mistake after mistake. Mis informed on information and when I cancelled because of it, they took 2 month to let the other company know! Resulting in added charges!.. Quick to take money though! After back and forth a final decision was made on a complaint and even then got that wrong! Financial ombudsman it is. Too quick to blame everybody and everything else. What a joke of a company. I'd love to post pictures of emails.
