   Been with A Plan for many years. This year their quoted premium was 78% more than last year and an administration fee of £55. Went to another broker and got exactly the same policy with the same insurer for nearly 30% cheaper than A Plan (Howden).

   Come renewal time I thought I would give a broker a try as well as the usual online price comparison sites. Not only did they come in cheaper, I got a better package and great customer service speaking with an actual human being. You also have the bonus of being able to deal with the broker for any queries or claims, with a physical site to visit should you require. Thanks to Billy for his great customer experience.

   You would think in a world of online comparison sites that the typical traditional insurance broker would on the game and working hard on providing the best possible service to walk in prospects. Sadly A Plan failed to impress and even suggested on the first call they are busy (with other customers) so i might be better calling them back if I did not hear from them...hmmm don't think so. When i provided all my details for an expensive building and contents policy the consultant did not come back to me - even after i put in a chaser call. A lesson in customer service is required at this branch,

   Always helpful..and polite..what to add more..never had such a lovely helpfull staff..always ready to help..bend over backwards to help..my friend just had a small mishap..been really good to help her..never go anywhere else. .must of been with them coming up 15yrs..certainly changed my mind.on original review... charged me nearly £48.to change my address. Then they send paperwork still to my old address for renewal of insurance..Then make a mistake on price..because the district I'm moving to.is more likely to get car stolen..they refused to refund my money.i paid them..That's loyalty to a long term customer for you.going somewhere else at end of month when my insurance runs out..that's for sure....and I have recommended friends to them too..come back Holly..you were brilliant ..
