    I used to go there and I enjoyed it, but ever since 2020, I got put into the younger groups and I began enjoying it less and less ever since, and the last time I was at the base centre, it was awful since the children there were messing with me and the staff wouldn't allow me to use my phone and it was mostly just boring. I began to grow out of this place and the staff still think I'm like 13 or 14 despite seeing me at College, the activities got boring and I decided to leave after March of this year since there were other better groups that offered the same thing as Kids but did it better IMO, and every Thursday from now on I go to a new group and I'm now moving on from this place permanently since they got quite silly with me putting me in a group of children and honestly, Kids has gotten stale for me and I'm now at other better groups from now on. And if they ever book me on another session full of children, I'll just avoid it and go to the group I'm in on a Thursday instead. I'm not a kid anymore and they still think I'm at School for some reason, and I told them I go to different groups and they look me confused. I'm staying away from this group for now and doing other things instead.

    I previously rated them 5 stars. However, my experience today from one of the staff members has got me a little concerned about sending my son in Mondays when I'm not present. My son tried to play with another child on a toy that spins. The boy got upset about my son trying to join in with him and his mom took him out the room. My son just carried on playing with it. The other kid came back and was fine. One staff member went over to my son and I heard her say "there are others who want a go in this, so I'm going to have to take it away, ok". No one else wanted a go on it and she put it on the floor and it was left unplayed with. Seemed pretty spiteful to me. The staff member then looked at me and smiled, knowing she had just taken it off him for no reason. I decided to just leave. This is a place for SEN children, I don't expect my child to have anything spitefully taken out on him :( Kept review at 3 stars because my son has always enjoyed it there and had no problems up until today.
