   If I could leave no stars I would!!! Stay well clear of this dysfunctional company. My parcels have been wrapped extremely well with time taken to make them arrive to my customers in the condition I send them out. I could take it on the chin the odd item arriving broken but this has been averaging 2/5 items. And I quote, one of the managers told me over the phone that there was a fault with this service and they are trying to do away with the 3/4meter long item anomalous service they offer. Damages to my company now being over £1500.00 in just two months and even with the acknowledgment of the office personnel saying there is a fault in the service they only offered me £50.00 compensation on each consignment. Please note, I had to replace the broken items and this company still charged me to resend them out, even though they are at fault! Having to already replace these items (through no fault of my own), the £50.00 compensation offered to me would not have even covered packaging and delivery. Embarrassing trust me stay clear.

   I've received parcels via courier logistics/APC several times now, and the experience has always been great. My parcels arrived on time,in perfect condition, and the drivers are always polite and helpful. It's reassuring to know I can count on them for a smooth and stress free delivery. Highly recommend.

   Sheffield/Rotherham branch is useless. “Attempted” delivery which consisted of taking a picture of my door and driving off. Don’t recommend if you need something important like medication delivered.

   Absolutely Useless. They seem to deliver parcels when they feel like it. Took them 8 days to deliver a parcel that was sat in their delivery depot, which was supposed to be a next working day parcel. Only got it when I did because I phoned them up!

   Absolute rubbish. Staff are rude over the phone and not very helpful with issues, it's impossible to get them to leave a parcel somewhere without prior permission so if you're not aware of this company when placing your order you've stuffed it. Missed 3 deliveries, took weeks to return to sender, left permission to leave with a neighbour or post through my door if it fits when they did eventually send it back out, and now they've gone and lost my parcel! I've never had so many issues with a delivery company, even Hermes is better than this! No point in next day delivery if it takes weeks to sort out the multiple issues you have with them, plus I had to pay £6 postage as next day was the only option offered to me which I didn't particularly need or want.
