There should be a 0 option. They gave wrong weight information when asked, before we accepted a load form them, on arrival at the collection, its clearly more than they advised, the collection point cannot give us a correct weight, van was overweight, all they were bothered about was does it fit. We ended up wasting 45 minutes onsite trying to get this sorted, they refused to contact the THEIR customer, insisting we had to do this, in the end I told them I was taking it off. Job cancelled and they have failed to pay the cancellation rate. Telephone manner shocking, this is clearly an issue, as others have also mention it.
Very professional same day courier, would highly recommend this company if you need same day delivery. Smart drivers who are very polite. I was even informed on my shipments eta and updated not via text but actual calls. Excellent.
Have used tis company for a number of years. Professional service with friendly staff. They have helped us on numerous occasions and have always communicated with us from point of collection through to delivery. Always punctual and delivered quickly. Never had an issue with damage as they have taken great care with every delivery. Five star rating is well earned as cannot fault their service in any way.
Have dealt with these guys for years and the service is always fantastic. Always on time and keep you updated with eta and proof of delivery. Staff are amazing. They have helped me put numerous times with last minute pick ups. Extremely professional courier service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very poor courier company deliveries always late and no updates ever received even when i ask them. Not responsive they never pick up the phone and always leave you on hold for about 10 minutes then just cut the phone. Also when received goods they were all over and many boxes were crushed. This is a very poor courier company with horrendous service and I would advise anyone who are thinking to use them to please not as I promise that you will not have a pleasant service. I also believe that 90% of reviews for this company are fake and done by the business themselves.
