   Very polite and helpful HOWEVER not received any documents via email or post NOT exactly brilliant as I have to chase up documents Also when they did my off roader insurance when up for renewal never got back to me so went to Adrian flux instead Howdens seem very slow about documents which is not brilliant Now you know Make your own mind up whether to use them or not

   I was paying £3000 a year for my car insurance with a black box and could not find a cheaper quote anywhere for months, I used all the comparison sites you can think of and called ones who weren’t on the sites and still nothing. I called howdens and managed to get a quote of £1400 WITHOUT black box. Amazing!!! I took the policy out with Laura Ansty - she was patient and explained everything in great depth (I don’t really know much about insurance ect she helped me with that). Policy was taken out and I had a few things I needed explained in which I spoke to Ashley Tobin. Again amazing and wasn’t hesitant at all regardless of the multiple calls I made. Everything’s been explained in depth and I’m happy with the help I’ve received. Also amazing that there quick to answer and don’t send you too chatbots or on hold for ages like most company’s. Thankyou again Howdens. 5 stars from me !

   Just received a phone call to re-new my insurance with them - I barely managed to finish my sentence when I was hung up on. You'd think they were in a call centre - not a reputable insurance broker. Having said that, they never found me a better deal, always quoting £200+ more than quotes I could find online myself. Terrible.
