Scratched an alloy & damaged a tire getting out of a multi-story where another car had parked millimeters away! Contacted Premia right away, tyre fixed next day at KwikFit, then after a few days wait the alloy was completely rebuilt at Perfection Alloys in Leicester. Very happy, well worth paying extra with Skoda for the alloy & tire cover. Excellent service. Would recommend.

I have Tyre and Alloy cover for the last three years. Cannot fault them. Handled every claim professionaly. All claims settled within 5-10 days. Arranging alloys to be refurbsihed with a mobile team was great. As I use my car all the time. I chose a date and time which suited me. I had a couple of tyre replacements - pot hole damage to inner sidewall. Great service - no complaints from me.

I’m very disappointed with the way my warranty claim was handled. My Jaguar’s air conditioning stopped working, and after consulting with a Jaguar service advisor, I was informed that the issue was not a scheduled replacement part. Despite this, the warranty provider rejected the claim, citing a policy exclusion that clearly doesn’t apply. The policy also states that “Electrical Parts” are covered — which should include the air conditioning system. I even provided written confirmation from Jaguar, yet the company refused to take proper responsibility. It’s frustrating to see a warranty policy marketed as comprehensive, but when a real issue arises, the company looks for ways to avoid covering it. I strongly urge others to read the fine print and be cautious before trusting this warranty.

It was so easy using the portal and added my photos of the small scratches on the bumper and a stone chip. Within a couple of days I received a call for them to come out to fix the issue. Came on time and done an awesome job like it was new again. The job was so clean you couldn’t see any flaws to the paint work. The guy was very friendly and such a piece of mind that everything went so well.

Fantastic experience with my tyre insurance. Logged a claim and within 24hrs I had it paid into my bank account. The folks in the call centre are very kind and helpful, which helped a lot with my anxiety around the whole process. Thanks so much

Wouldn’t bother getting GAP insurance - another money making scheme sold by car salespeople. I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault, had to wait a week (following trying to find the time to upload all the documents needed after the accident) for my claim to be assessed - just to be told that there wasn’t a ‘gap’ to cover even though my early settlement figure for my finance was nearly £2000 more than what my motor insurance paid out, and the GAP insurance was sold to me that they would cover up to my early settlement figure no matter what. I’m sure they have their reasonings (or found a loophole so they don’t have to pay out) but I definitely feel misled and mis-sold. 2 stars because the customer service is good (minus one woman I spoke to who wouldn’t let me get a word in) and they are quite active with updates/ getting back to your enquiries. They also did refund me for my policies but I’m still £1000 out of pocket for an accident that wasn’t my fault.

SCAM!!! You might as well throw your money in the bin! they wasted 3 months of my time promising to repair minor damage in the car to come back and tell me they would not cover it! i have cancelled both my policies with them! save your money and use another company!

Would give them 0 stars. Absolute rubbish company, Berry BMW offer this company for there policies. Avoid, bought a brand new BMW which was stolen, GAP (premia solutions) told me because my insurance offered me a like for like replacement the GAP claim is void, I told premia solutions it can take up to 6 months for them to source a car from the UK with the same specification and wanted to take the market value offered by my insurance, which was £1000 less than what I had paid for the car. Premia solutions still refused and now I am out of pocket by £1000. Customer service has been rubbish can never get in contact with a Supervisor. Cancelled all my cover I had with them yet I am still waiting for my GAP to be cancelled and is waiting a Manager to approve, but there is no Manager that I can talk too. Does not make sense. Most rubbish company I have dealt with. Have advised BMW to fix up companies they work with. Insult to injury, they charged me cancellation fee for each of my covers and are waiting approval of good faith for my GAP fee to be waivered, which is the main reason I am cancelling all my policies. Berry BMW kept telling me premia should offer me a courtesy car, even that wasn't offered to me because of technicalities and my car was less than 6 months old, utter rubbish.

Avoid this company if a dealer tries to sell you their protection protection DO NOT BUY. Declined my recent claim for scruffed alloy wheels, said the damage is not recent. And if I was to make a new claim I would have to get the wheels to new quality standards myself and then re-claim what a joke that’s £350 down the toilet. Don’t make the same mistake I did this company will do anything to get out of covering you.

I'm aware there are some negative reviews for Premia but personally my experience with them has been quite positive. I purchased tyre and alloy cover around 18 months ago and recently had to make my first claim, the process wasn't always straightforward as others have mentioned but luckily I dealt with some very helpful people who managed to get things sorted for me, overall I can't really complain!
