Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. Micro managing management team, lack of guidance, constant bad mouthing between employees and low paying, high stress job. If you do not fit within the very close knitted family culture than you are made to feel like an outcast as the team has very little diversity. Misled by management to sign a a release clause meaning I could not leave the job of my own accord without paying over £1,500.
