   The food was really good and thoroughly enjoyable. The customer service was equally impressive; I was seen immediately upon arrival. In particular, Aisha, who served me, was outstanding. She was warm, friendly, and remarkably professional, offering prompt service with a genuinely lovely, welcoming smile. An excellent employee and great amazing service skills. Very impressed with her!!!!

   Rio’s shop is absolutely incredible! The service is outstanding—the staff are so polite, friendly, and attentive that you feel genuinely cared for the entire time. The food is unbelievably delicious, every dish full of rich flavor and cooked to perfection. You can really tell how much effort and love goes into everything they serve. It’s not just a place to eat, it’s an experience that leaves you wanting to come back again and again. Truly one of the best spots around!

   Really enjoyed my visit here. The staff were friendly and served us quickly, which made the experience even better. The piri piri chicken was tasty, cooked well, and had a nice balance of flavour and spice without being over the top. The place itself was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere, good for eating in. Overall, great food and good service — I’d definitely come back again.

   The burger was the driest thing north of the Sahara desert. This applies to both the bun and the meat. It's a shame because I remember the food being really good at another Rio's branch. The fries were on point though. Service was good. Sadly that doesn't help when it comes to the food.

   Nice and clean place. Really good customer service. Very spacious seating available for roughly 50 people. Ordered Chicken and Rice box and a Rancho Burger Meal. Rancho burger was a homemade Gourmet Beef Burger which was very tasty only downside was the burger contained 2 much of their unique sauce. Chicken and Rice were tasty also. Definitely visit again to try other items on the menu especially the Frango Double Fillet Burger.
