Such a lovely experience at our gender reveal scan! The staff were really friendly and made us feel comfortable straight away. The scan was exciting and relaxed, and the reveal was so special. Would definitely recommend!
Had the best experience here! Staff were extremely friendly and professional. I loved how we were walked through and everything was explained during the Scan! We were asked for consent multiple times during the experience to make sure we were getting everything we wanted! Would highly recommend and will be returning for further scans! This was my first time trying Window to Womb, we visited to view our first baby in 4D I was super excited but was quite sad that the experience wasn't the same when we arrived we weren't welcomed but told to come to the desk in quite an unwelcoming way and to provide extra information. The 4D sonographer was ans assistant were pleasant but the staff at reception and picking photos treated us as just another number. Considering how much we paid for the package I was really disappointed with the customer service it did make a big difference in the end.
We loved using window to the womb in Bexleyheath. The place is warm and welcoming, the staff are patient and kind. So glad we got to see our little girl in 4D and the prints will be memories that will last us forever. I highly recommend if you are after some memorable pieces for your pregnancy journey
They were absolutely lovely and very persistent! Our baby was very shy and was hiding his face (not ideal for a 4d scan!) and they waited for me to go for a little walk and have a drink. We were absolutely thrilled with the results and have lovely photos and a video! Fully recommend!
We just visited Window to the Womb (for the 4th time) and had another great experience. This visit was for our second attempt at a 4d scan, after our baby was very shy at the last scan 2 weeks ago. We finally got some lovely images of our baby’s face! Staff are extremely friendly! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
For my first scan, my baby was facing my back, they tried so hard to get some good pictures but baby wasn’t being very cooperative! We got a free rescan and luckily baby was in a bit of a better position, managed to get some pictures. Very kind, warm and welcoming and talk you thoroughly through everything. Would highly recommend.
Me and my partner had a brilliant experience today at window to the womb Bexleyheath. The lovely staff was very friendly and had great custermer service. It is a very friendly, warm and welcoming clinic. They also sell lots of lovely baby and gender reveal products. Will definitely be returning!
Lovely environment and lovely staff. Always happy to have our scans here and will definitely come back for future scans too. Nice to have the rapport between us and the team.
