DO NOT Ever Get food from this one.. don't get this Dixie mixed up with the Stoney Lane one.. which is clean n tidy.. Church road one was closed down because of VERMIN
The food isn’t all that from here the sauce is runny and chicken tastes weird. I normally order from the dixy on stony lane which is also in yardley. I accidentally called this dixy because I thought it was the dixy on stoney lane and I asked about delivery and the guy on the phone was extremely rude to me very poor service won’t ever come here
It was absolutely disgusting. There was young guy who was serving us and he was talking to the other workers and not taking our order which was totally unprofessional. The chicken was really dry and wasn’t fresh at all it was kind of raw and pink and when I wanted to return it they replied as “we can’t do anything about it” . The next day my daughter had a stomach bug. I don’t know how this branch is still going on.

Extremely happy with this dixy, their portions are great, burgers juicy and sauces topped up. Wings could have been spicier but that's maybe my preference. I'm just happy they weren't scrimpy like other places. My mum came down from a different city and I treated the family. Its the small things that make great memories so thank you. Update: this place is top notch! The best chicken burger in bham! And they are always very generous with food and very friendly. I've moved away but always come here when I'm back it's that good.
Extremely bad service. Been their with my family. I told them what we want. The restaurant workers told me to bring cash. When I came back they said all their chicken has finished. What a shame? They don't have any idea but needed me to go to ATM and then said no chicken only burgers. That is my first time and last time. So stupid peoples running this restaurant. I wonder how they got the contract from Dixy Chicken???? Avoid by any cost.
