   I received a call on the day before delivery to confirm time slot. Arrived well within the time range. Very helpful and cheerful drivers, even on a wet day. Assembled the corner sofa and moved to requested location. They even moved other furniture to try a different location. So special thanks to drivers D. Flynne and P. Clark. Thanks guys!

   We're supposed to deliver today. No delivery, no phone call. This is 3 weeks after I ordered the item from B&Q that is available in store locally. Wished I'd hired a van and gone and collected, would have been cheaper than taking a day off work for this useless company to not even give be a courtesy call and not answer the phone. Avoid using them.

   REUBEN the driver, (arrogant, rude, unsympathetic), delivered my sofa on 19th December. They wedged sofa in doorway, other half on paved area, said it will fit inside if I removed the boxing, they left it and went back to van. I followed them knocked on window, told them of a health issue, which I couldn't lift by myself, REUBEN laughed and said, "not my problem mate", accelerated and drove off, a "manager" dean baker has been informed, no results as yet, as the usual Christmas period excuses given. clearly complaints are not taken seriously. sadly a decent company like DFS reputation is destroyed by Home delivery Solutions and REUBEN and dean baker.    I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service:- 1) I opened up my side gate for the drivers to place the large packages in my garden so they could be secure, instead they placed them in my driveway behind a fence and drove off. 2) I waited twenty minutes to get through to the company only four calls in front 3) spoke to the call handler who advised either she would call me back to Confirm if to he drivers would return or it would be too he transport manager. I am still waiting for the return call. I appreciate all businesses are going through a challenging time but this is ridiculous. I'll be contacting you again in the morning. Mrs Parrott

   Was going to give them a single star due to the way the lady that called me to make arrangements handled the call. No way of arranging a suitable time that suits you and she was in no way prepared to listen to me in any way. Very abrupt way of talking to customers. If I hadn't needed my order soon I would have told her not to bother sending it. However the delivery guys on the truck were very helpful and well mannered so they managed to up the stars to 3. Still would not use if I had the choice.
