I had an excellent experience at the Riverside Clinic. After waiting nearly two months to see a specialist, I was finally seen by Dr Abhishek Sharma, who quickly identified the cause of my excruciating lower back pain, which I had been struggling with for over two months. He was calm, reassuring, highly knowledgeable, and provided a clear and effective plan for my recovery. I was sent for an MRI soon after, and the team there, along with the receptionist, were all warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Although the MSK clinic was running late and I waited around an hour, the delay was acknowledged, and the quality of care more than made up for it. I left feeling very satisfied and would gladly return in the future.

I had a poor experience at CORA Health, Riverside Clinic in Brentford. I waited 45 minutes for the ENT doctor, who never introduced himself, so I left not even knowing who my consultant was. His first question was about where I work, only because he realised I’m a nurse, which felt unprofessional. For personal reasons I won’t fully disclose, he tried to persuade me to continue using the same nasal sprays I’ve already used for over 10 years for enlarged turbinates. When I told him I wasn’t comfortable leaving without a clear plan, his attitude shifted, he became colder, and overall I did not trust his expertise. This appointment lacked empathy, professionalism, and basic ethics. I left with a terrible impression and would not recommend this place.

Absolutely no communication from this clinic to follow up and get the surgery booked. Never answers phone calls or emails and I have been hung up on by reception staff numerous times. I have to contact my gp for them to put a request in to get in touch with me, for both initial appointment, then pre surgery and now again for surgery date - they couldn’t even get one appointment arranged! I am currently waiting for my surgery to be booked for over 2 months now and had nothing from Cora health/ riverside clinic. Honestly do yourself a favour and decline any referrals here at riverside or now called CORA HEALTH as it will just cause delays to your life and unnecessary stress.

Mr Ghassan Al-Yassari was very pleasant to speak to and he was very understanding and was able to fully explain what was going to happen clearly including taking the time to listen to any questions with confidence. The nursing team were all very polite and professional with a very caring and empathetic attitude. The reception team were very efficient and helpful to deal with on the day.

I had my pilonidal surgery yesterday and just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team on site. Everyone was so professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. I felt really well cared for and comfortable, which made a big difference. From the doctors to the nurses and other staff, everyone did an amazing job. I’m truly grateful for the smooth experience and the way everything was handled. I’m very satisfied with the care I received – thank you all so much!

Wow What a 5 Star service and Super Professional. As a busy Chiropractic clinic in West Ealing a client came to visit Northfields Chiropractic at 4pm in severe pain . It was agreed an MRI Scan would be appropriate on this occasion. We called Chris at 5pm hoping to get an urgent MRI scan within 24hrs. Our client arrived at their clinic at 7.30pm same day and had the scan by 8pm!! Just a few hours from their visit to us. The MRI report was on our desk at 0800 next day!!! Excellent turnaround time and would highly recommend team at Riverside West London to other clinics . Many Thanks

Avoid!!!. The place looks good, feels professional, and you feel safe and in good hands. However don't be fooled! Everything was fine until after the procedure. Terrible aftercare... I was rushed out of the clinic after the procedure rather than observed and soon as i was discharged within 5mins ended up unconscious and rushed straight into Middlesex hospital. Wish i had read other reviews before the procedure as a massive RED FLAG.... "The nurse literally dragged me from the bed and rushed me out, when I wasn’t even awake from the sedation. At a normal hospital they will give you food and drink after endoscopy but this place they give you nothing. Don’t be fooled by the new facade, this place is not hospitable and the health staff are not professional." From MJ

So, the clinic itself is nice, everyone was helpful and kind and I have no issues with the building etc itself. It started becoming disappointing when I had to wait almost 2 hours for my appointment. This was partly because I was early, though they did say to arrive early, and secondly because they were running an hour or so behind. Having fasted for my procedure made this frustrating however these things happen and isn't the reason for my low rating. The reason for the low rating was because I was told that a) I'd receive a numbing spray, b) I'd have a sedative and c) if I raised my hand during my procedure they would stop it, sadly though, it seemed as though none of this happened. Sadly I received no numbing spray for my procedure, and as I know having a gastroscopy was something I would find particularly uncomfortable (and did so, despite being a 3-5 minute procedure) was really disappointed with. I had also chosen to have the sedation, however (though I'm no doctor and want to believe they'd chosen the correct amount) I felt none of the effects or relief from this. I'm assuming because they hadn't administered enough that this is why, however this paired with no numbing spray made the procedure really uncomfortable for me. I was informed prior to the procedure that I may only feel the sedation fully after the procedure but should have some relief during. Again I'm no expert but I could walk and talk perfectly fine immediately after the procedure and felt as though I'd had 0 sedation at all. For this reason I raised my hand during the procedure however they did not stop the procedure and continued simply saying we're almost done. Whilst I understand that may be the case you should respect your patients wishes should you give them the option to stop the procedure in the first place, moreover this is very invasive procedure and you should be able to trust the dr's and nurses as such. I'm an NHS patient and unerstand this is usually a private clinic, however I'd hope that it wasn't for this reason I received poor treatment. I also understand that my leaving this review won't award me any compensation as such, I just hope they perhaps take on some feedback for future patients who may indeed be paying.

My GP sent me here for diagnostics, but this private hospital does not have the patients medical history other than a simple referral from GP. I had abdominal ultrasound here, which took only 5 minutes most, I’m surprised they could see everything. I then had an endoscopy here, I waited almost two hours with a cannula in my arm for the endoscopy. By the end my blood pressure was almost 190 and they still proceeded with the sedation. After the endoscopy there was no report, no imaging and also the doctor didn’t do a biopsy. The nurse literally dragged me from the bed and rushed me out, when I wasn’t even awake from the sedation. At a normal hospital they will give you food and drink after endoscopy but this place they give you nothing. Don’t be fooled by the new facade, this place is not hospitable and the health staff are not professional.

The Riverside clinic is amazing! The place is so comfortable to be in and does not feel like a hospital at all. The staffs are very patient and professional. The experience of having an MRI there is so great and I almost fell asleep halfway through the scan.
