Shocking service! We ve been here two hours with a potential dvt. When I asked reception about length of time - he response youve only been here 2hrs, you have at least another 4hrs to wait!

within 1 hour exactly i was out of A&E for ankle injury, after being seen by specialist and including X-rays. It felt quite quick considering i was expecting quite a long wait.
Best experience I’ve ever had at an A&E, triaged straight away, X-Ray within 20 mins and waited in the waiting room another hour and then I was seen and sent home! Everyone was so helpful, porters and security assisting me and giving directions. 10/10
