   Dreadful cowboys. Delay, defer, deflect and obfuscate. There should be a law against companies like this being allowed to operate. Propped up by the insurance industry - it all needs a massive overhaul as is not fit for purpose. Some of their employees proudly purport to have 25 years of experience.. yet they struggle to explain and adhere to their own processes. Utterly useless. Pray you never have to deal with Sedgewick

   Worst company I have ever dealt with. We had a sewage flood, covered by our insurance policy. Craig Martin Walker came to inspect, was shocked at the level of damage and said he would help us as he personally had access to pay out the amount we were claiming for. He left and we never heard from them since. They have been ghosting us for five months. We have chased them endlessly. Our insurance is now coming up for renewal and this is causing all sorts of issues. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN. Absolute scammers. Disgusted by this whole experience, and cannot believe that this is how some companies do business. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

   Greedy. For months I was left living in a mould and damp infested flat because they refused to cover my landlord to fix the damage. The water flood wasn't his or mine fault. What's the point of insurance if they aren't going to pay out. They didn't eventually hence why I put back on start but they saw the damage themselves. It's disgusting they thought it was acceptable for anyone to live in this condicition or get the poor landlord to fault out his own money when he already pays enough on his premiums for when stuff like this happens.
