   The sorting office High St. Bolsover web site clearly states that it is open on a Thursday from 16.00-19.00 I guess so workers can collect parcels after work. So you can imagine my surprise when I went to collect a parcel just after 16.00 to be told “ it’s shut mate”. My suggestion is don’t believe the website because it is wrong! I have submitted a suggestion to update the website,but I’m not going to hold my breath!

   This is service beyond normal. A great paur who provide excellent service. Highly recommended. This is for the POST office and not postal deliveries. Get real.

   My neighbours 7 year old found a parcel of mine in the middle of the road that had been run over several times that the postman should have delivered to me that day.Not the first time mail has been dropped by these posties in recent weeks in our area.

   Had two parcels lost and delivered to wrong person/address in the last 4 months (still going through claim procedure since Feb) and now just had a message saying they had left a card through my letterbox as i wasn't in and to collect parcel from sorting office. (i've not had a card put through my letterbox, probably gone to wrong address again). Checked on website for opening hours of sorting office. Website states 3pm today. Arrived at 12.20pm to find it locked up. Post women in carpark said it closed at 12 noon, Sign on door says it closed at 10.30am. I have never come across a company that is so incompetent. A blind carrier pigeon would actually be more effectual.
