    Unpleasant experience with HCA and its 120 Old Broad St Site. No issues with the doctor who was very competent. Reason for 1 star: Building entrance was under construction, hidden by scaffolds, so very difficult to find. Entrance itself was completely empty, dusty, all lights were off and entering it appeared like trespassing, given the ongoing construction. Found it completely absurd that HCA would not put up a clear and visible sign from the outside and inside (with illumination) to signpost where patients should go, even a piece of paper would have been helpful or an email highlighting the situation. When I was late for my appointment (but still within my allocated slot), there seemed more concern about the next patient's appointment than mine and the issue I tried to explain re accessibility of the place, which I understood, but found not to be the right way to manage the situation.

    I went here for a general health check up and was treated expertly by both the assistant doctor - whose name I unfortunately didn’t manage to catch - and Dr Williamson. The receptionist also received me with a lot of warmth. I’d recommend this clinic to anybody looking to get their general health checked!
