   I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Lauren has been absolutely incredible. It’s been a tricky property and she has gone above and beyond to get the mortgage over the line for me in time for Christmas. I have been kept up to date all the way through the process, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. No extra checks etc needed as Lauren made sure she had everything she needed from me for the lender to speed up the process and to enable her to answer any questions quickly. I honestly couldn’t recommend KAG, especially Lauren enough. Knowledgable and just genuinely lovely. Worth every penny!

   ⭐ Review for Max & Becky – KAG Financial ⭐ I had an absolutely amazing experience with Max and Becky at KAG Financial. From start to finish, they supported me through every single step of the mortgage process including the more stressful parts and I genuinely couldn’t have done this without them. Max was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring throughout. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions (even the ones I thought were silly!), and made the complex feel simple. Becky was brilliant as well always quick to update me, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure all documents were dealt with efficiently. There were moments where the lender asked for extra information, and both Max and Becky handled it professionally and calmly, guiding me through everything. I always felt listened to and supported, and I truly felt they wanted the best outcome for me. Thanks to their hard work, I now have my mortgage offer and I’m getting my home something I still can’t believe is happening. I highly recommend Max and Becky to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser. They’re professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their clients.
