   Just experienced two different therapists. 1st one was very welcoming and made the experience a bit more comfortable, however 2nd therapist although not very chatty, gave all the information and it felt more like she was paying attention to detail which is what we want considering how much it all costs. Still more treatments to go so overall very good

   Laser hair removal at Therapie is just a pleasure. Lovely and very professional staff, especially Jenny, and nice facilities make the experience worthwhile. The treatment itself gave me amazing results, after only 2 sessions I can see significant difference in my hair grow back. Honestly recommend!

   Finished my 10 courses of laser hair removal with them, worked fine but absolutely appalled with the management. There is high staff turnover which tells you a great deal about the management or lack of. They take your money but won’t give it back to you even if it’s their own fault. They will not get back to you unless you call and pester them about it. Will not be using it once my top ups have finished and i do not recommend this branch

   I paid £300 for three treatments. After the first I asked for my money back, it just wasn't worth it. I told them nothing was done to my face that I didn't already do (except for the little machine they put on your face) which when I came out of the first appointment I felt I should have had some kind of energy cleansing feeling. A nice tingling feeling if you like to let me know that I felt what my face cleansing was all about. But nothing. I made a second appointment after speaking with someone and explained why I didn't think it was worth it and we arranged for something different but my appointment today 25th July 2022 was not at all satisfactory either. I arrived at my time 3pm, but I was still waiting at 3:20 when I told the person I am not waiting any longer I was leaving. I had the courtesy to be on time but that courtesy was not shown to me. I'm on holiday at the moment and this was the only appointment I had to go to and because someone else was occupying a particular room I had to wait!. This is not good enough. I would appreciate it if you would cancel my next two appointments and refund these back to me as soon as possible. I have been extremely disappointed with the first treatment and now I have had unwelcome expenses travelling to get to this appointment, for nothing.
