   Just perfect. Easy to access, free car park. The staff were friendly and my kids and I felt comfortable. Prior to the day, they quickly replied all my questions via emails. We arrived 20mins early but she did our tests without problem. 1500 tests were done 2130 got the results. 2145 got the results on Japanese official forms. It was Urgent Same day test. Highly recommended.

   After trying to contact many other pharmacies I was finally able to find Concepto which had exactly what I needed, a PCR test so I could fly back to the US. The staff was very friendly and I got my results back in around an hour. It was a little more expensive than some others advertise, but those places either don't have the right test or have no appointments available.

   We booked our tests prior to the travel rules changing. Very disappointed with this company as feel like we have been taken advantage of. They did not let us know the travel restrictions have changed for our destination and did our tests anyway for financial gain.
