   Do not alow your child to be placed under Dr Afoof or her team as if you make a complaint about one of her team with very good reason she can not act professionally and remain independent in her treatment of your child demonstrated today and in time will I will sure this is all over the news how our children and ourselves as parents are being treated by this clinic run by cnwl is very far from professional as it will be proven think very carefully about this service who have done far more harm than good

   This whole year I've been chasing up my daughters referral, going into September and still got nowhere. Everytime I call I'm told something different, told I'll hear back from someone and haven't once so far, no-one seems to actually know what they are doing. For a children's mental health service I'm shocked how bad this service is.

   had an appointment went well and all but called for another one because i needed to reach out to talk to someone and was told how my name isnt registered anymore with them and a letter is sent out to my house, which no letter was sent. very poor service. directly said to them on the phone i need to come and visit again to talk to someone and still yet same answer a letter has been sent and bye

   Parking is not for patients which is fair enough. BUT disabled bays are used by staff and that is not on. Pretty insulting that a nurse parked in bay whilst disabled person had to keep moving car ! Nit impressed as shows lack of care and forethought

   Very poor and slow service not helpful at all. They don’t care about you and just leave you waiting for months to a year. Like I understand there’s other people to be seen too but surely they could find the time to help if they wanted too
