I was treated with courtesy and had taken into account that I'm on two sticks. I was helped onto the couch, my ears were cleaned out, again with explanation & care. Aftercare was explained in plain English. In all, a pleasant experience that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat
The clinic was clean and neat. I arrived earlier and was treated kindly. I got good service for the amount paid. My ear pain caused by the wax block has considerably reduced. Thanks so much to the Clinic and the Clinician. Would highly recommend it.
I have been a regular to the clinic visiting once per year due to my ears producing too much wax. The staff are very friendly and the microsuction is painless and alleviating experience. Clinic is also very close to train station for easy access.
Scam! Do not trust this service! I booked an appointment with this enterprise on 25 May, which costs £55, and was asked to provide my card details so they could charge me £35 as a “deposit”. Fair enough but come the day of the appointment on 30 May, I visited their location and I was told the ear suction machine was broken but that they could still check my ears. The observation lasted not more than 30 seconds and I was told I have no ear wax and that I don’t need the service. The technician mentioned that I should have gone to the GP before to check my ears. Good advice, but that should have come prior to the appointment. When I asked when my deposit would be returned to me on account of the broken machine/lack of procedure, I was informed that the deposit is actually the consultation fee. There is no mention of that on any of the emails received after the deposit was taken and was neither verbally mentioned. I called up their headquarters to again ask for my deposit back and again I was coldly informed that I paid for the consultation and apparently I should have known that as this is how it works in private clinics. So there goes my hard earned cash for absolutely no service. I find it extremely unethical that I wasn’t informed: A) that I should go to the GP before, B) that I’m paying for a consultation, C) that my ear might be cleaned and might not be cleaned. What a scam!
I recently had treatment at the Hillingdon Clear Earwax Clinic and found them to be very accommodating with good communication. I also found them considerate whilst treating my brother, who has learning disabilities. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone, this clinic’s service.
The removal of my ear wax was done very carefully and well. I would use this service again.

An all round outstanding experience with good availability of appointments, easy booking process and the appointment itself where I was seen on time and procedure to remove earwax carried out quickly and thoroughly.
