Hate the new technology advances and miss the familiarity of seeing the same doctor but understand today's demands must be enormous and have to say when it all comes together, the system is pretty slick.

Friendly staff, same appointment available if you call before 12 noon, Less crowded, self service pod available for check in and for bp, weight pod. You will be called through TV's screen which is very convenient. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable to wait. Sister and doctors are also bery friendly and knowledgeable. I have done same day appointments many times for my newborn and doctors helped. Sister Stephanie is also very good, she does the vaccination for my little one. Professional and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at Harefield GP Practice. I arrived at 8:00 am with breathing issues and was told the GP was off sick, so the receptionist arranged an appointment for me at the Pembroke Centre. However, when I arrived there, their receptionist informed me that no such booking had been made. I went back to Harefield to explain the situation, but instead of helping, another receptionist told me to “go to A&E.” When I asked for another appointment, I was only offered one for the next day at 10:00 am, even though I was clearly unwell. When I asked about the complaints procedure, the receptionist simply said to “check online.” Online, it clearly states that complaints should be directed to the Practice Manager. It felt like she just wanted to get rid of me rather than help resolve the issue. This entire experience has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I hope the practice takes responsibility, improves communication with the Pembroke Centre, and ensures staff are properly trained to handle patients respectfully and professionally.

Come to the GP Surgery Monday morning, had a open wound. Gave details to the Receptionist, did not hear properly, after 3 nights of not sleeping and very tired. The Receptionist could of been a bit more friendly and engaging. I did get an appointment for that morning only waiting 40 minutes. Saw Dr.Sanjeevi and she was very understanding, saw the wound and put me on antibiotics and managed to get me an appointment with the lovely Agnes. Dr.Sanjeevi was really professional, checking everything and even tried to dress the wound herself. Very greatfull to have been seen. Saw the lovely Agnes and she did did an excellent job on dressing the wound, taking the time on how to manage it myself, and even booking me in again for another dressing change, even when she was so busy. Very pleased with the excellent service I received.

This surgery is really not fit for purpose. You cannot make an appointment at your own LOCAL Surgery unless it’s an urgent needed on day appointment (as told to me today by receptionist) I desperately needed to talk to a GP today to be told after submitting blinx consult that it was routine and offered apt in 2 weeks time. Then when I said it could not wait, I was offered an appointment at Hub which is all over the place (borough) with GPs unknown to me, yes I know they can view my medical record and history, however I want to see someone that actually knows me!!!! And locally, otherwise what is the point of being registered close to home?? Frustrated is an understatement. I really do hope that the script that the reception team are reading from does not impact the care of the elderly, and vulnerable patients in the local community.

Been registered here for a while. In the last 4 months I needed to attend the surgery frequently. I always managed to get on the day appointment. The receptionists always were very helpful and tried their best to help. On a few occasions doctors phoned me after 7pm. Really impressed by the doctors' long hours and dedication to help the local community.

Truly horrible experience throughout. I've been registered with them for over a year now and unfortunately have to visit regularly. Not only getting a doctor's appointment is a nightmare but also it's almost impossible to get an appointment with a qualified nurse! Simple blood test waiting time is weeks. Moreover, every time I'm supposed to get a repeated prescription or injection, there is a problem, which they don't seem to be able to sort out, so I end up waiting for hours or having to speak to the practice manager. Admin team is an absolute joke, very nice but completely useless. And I thought my previous surgery was bad! Currently looking for a new one as it's just too frustrating and stressful dealing with them.

Poorly run GP practice, some of the good GP's have left and the practice is understaffed. I requested a call back first thing on the 19Dec2022 and never received one, plus had to chase that evening before the surgery closed, giving the receptionists the appointment request detail. Called again on the morning of the 20Dec2022, received a call back, but none of the appointment request detail was recorded, from the evening call on the 19Dec2022, so had to go through it again. No wonder they are busy if they can't do this right first time! Overall one of the worst GP practices I have ever dealt with, but they are all in decline as the government hasn't got a clue, as if we had a decent primary care service, this would then reduce the loading on our hospitals. Still on call back from a GP, just called again on the 21Dec2022 @ 08:36hrs and received a call back from the reception team. Hopefully today I will get a call back from a GP. I guess that there aren't many GPs working from this surgery anymore. I received a call back from Dr Gallagher on the 21Dec2022 @ 12:28hrs. He was very helpful and reassuring and has resolved what I was after. Star rating now changed

Harefield practice has been my Dr's surgery for nearly 5 years and I have always had a great experience. Since having my daughter the practice has been fab with a speedy response and always face to face if needed! I never specify a dr as I have found all are great I have seen.
