I really liked the hydro facial that Emma did on me. It was definitely both relaxing and nourishing to my skin. I felt pampered with the little massage and appreciated that she made sure to pay detailed attention and cleanse my face really well. She is passionate and knowledgeable.
Do not buy any treatments from this company, they will scam you , they’re under new management which used to be my skin gym and now they’ve opened a new one to scam even more people! Disgrace!!!

I love the refresh of the clinic, it’s very inviting and professional. You have to complete a patch test and the staff are really friendly. Klaudia is my technician and I think she is amazing, she’s got great customer service skills, is friendly and professional which I really like. She’s very knowledgeable and has got a warm and friendly attitude. She always checks in to make sure you are feeling okay and explains everything so you are on the same page. In regards to the laser, it’s fantastic and I’ve had great results after one session. Will definitely be going back again!
The worse customer service ever. The same person doing the treatments is the one answering calls and e-mails, not friendly at all and could not be bothered. She even said she could have charged the same as groupon. Because they only have one therapist is almost impossible to book appointments for working people. Don’t waste you time, pay full price and have a proper treatment not cheap Groupon voucher. Had full refund from Groupon and went to another clinic with proper service and that lovely pampering feeling !
I have had a significant reduction in hair since starting - so started with my face and now I have full body. The actual result is splendid but this is only part of the package! Aisha has been fantastic to me, the customer service I have received is unbeatable - its wonderful that you she takes such great care of me not only just as a client but also as a person and ensures I am comfortable at every point during the treatment, prior and post. Amazing staff really friendly and accommodating. My treatment was done to a very high professional standard. I was looked after and all my requirements were met. I have had 6 treatments with the diode laser for laser hair removal. The results are great, hair growth has slowed down a lot and in a few more treatments I will be hair free. The marks from shaving and waxing I had on my legs have disappeared and my skin tone has become more even. I would defiantly recommend this Clinic and their treatments. They give you a good deal and it's value for money
