   I underwent a total knee replacement at the end of October. Jaroslaw is an exceptional Physiotherapist. He listens and tailors each treatment to address the areas that need work. Since my sessions I have made significant progress in terms of speed of healing, pain and most of all range of movement. He is patient and attentive. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

   Dennis did wonders with my back within a few sessions. Great approach during the visits, took his time, did not rush and did not watch the clock. On top of that, prescribed easy to perform, yet effective stretches at home, they are not time-consuming neither. Would definitely recommend. Great service at a more than fair price.

   Excellent experience with Denis@Staines Physio! I had problem with my plantar and calf as i was running too much and preparing hard for my ultra running races. I booked an appointment and Denis understood immediately the issue (plantar fasciitis); he treated me during the physio session, he showed me how to tape my injured foot to protect the plantar and also suggested exercises as well as few tips to reduce the inflammation. With great surprise I managed to recover very quickly from the injury and completed my 75 miles race in Wales! Highly reccomended

   I visited this place after picking up a painful Achilles injury (running). Denis knew what had happened, how it happened and how to fix it. He also explained it with an anatomical diagram of the muscles/around the ankles (which I found useful). I followed his rehab program and I was almost pain-free in 2 weeks and back running in 5 weeks. I’m extremely grateful to this team and would strongly recommend their service to anyone with sport injuries.

   I've had a few Physio sessions with Denis regarding a problem I was having with my leg and lower back. Previously a doctor and another Physio from a different practice had no luck even diagnosing my problem let alone treating it. Denis diagnosed me within ten minutes and gave me sets of exercises to do between sessions. I'm happy to say that after two years I'm finally fixed! Very friendly, professional service by an expert who clearly loves what he does. Highly recommended.

   I recently had physiotherapy from Dennis for my frozen shoulder. Dennis measured my ranges of movements in different directions, noted them then showed me various exercises and gave me numerous tips. Over the coming weeks I noticed improvements and Dennis always pushed me to do more, which was very motivational. I would recommend Dennis to help you fix your physical injuries, aches and pains!
