   I filled out the form online to register my baby. Thr registration supposed to be within 5 days. After over 2 weeks i called to ask for progress, and they said i have to come with birth certificate. They didn't even bother to contact me sooner to let me know some more details is needed. I wanted the appointment for baby asap (the soonest was in 1.5 week) but as they didn't register him yet they told me to book for my name. So I did. I came to the appointment on time. When doctor called me, he said I can't have appointment on my name, i have to go back to reception and change to my baby and come back. So i did, it took about 4 mins. The doctor didn't wait for me and called someone else. I had to wait another 15 mins for my appointment. During the appointment (i came with baby's reflux and suspicion of allergy/intolerance due to all symptoms and family history). The doctor didn't let me speak, didn't even look at the baby to see what kind of rash he has, didn't even check his red book or didn't ask for any details. He just said that for sure it is not allergy and he will not give any referal for further checks, and he prescribed the medicine straight away. I know this medicine causes constipation in babies but this doctor didn't even asked if baby's poos are ok at this moment... He was just talking how ridiculous i am with thinking about allergy, despite family history with allergies and intolerances. Well. He got money for that useless 3 min appointment so he is happy. Totally doesn't care about helping people. I was 'seen' by Dr M Akin-Taylor.

   It's been a pleasure to be with The Pine Medical Centre for the last 13 years. Dr Sehdev have been truly a precious person within the suregery. The reception team are also helpful who always try to accomodate appointments and other advice. Unfortunately, as we moved house and thinking if I could get similar GP with in my new area. Anyways, thank you The Pine Medical Team. We will surely miss you and your service.

   How this place is still running puzzles me. Dr Akin Taylor is one of the worst GPs ever, absolute burden on the tax payer and NHS. Shut this place down or hire new GPs and management. What a shambles

   My wife Lidya had her first face-to-face appointment with Dr. S. Sehdev today, and we were very impressed with the experience. Dr. Sehdev was incredibly friendly, caring, and professional, bringing a genuinely positive energy to the consultation. We truly appreciate the time and attention he gave us. From the moment we joined this surgery, every interaction — starting with the reception team — has been nothing but positive. We’re very happy with our decision to move here and can’t fault the service in any way. Thank you to the whole team!

   I am over 50 years old and had a very negative experience with Dr. Akin Taylor. He discouraged us from undergoing necessary surgeries and never checked our blood cholesterol or sugar levels, claiming it wasn't necessary. I suspect he may have been trying to save money for the government. When I mentioned experiencing chest pain, he would respond by saying that he also had chest pain and that his wife did too, implying that it was normal. Similarly, when I expressed concern about rectal bleeding, he dismissed it by saying his family members experienced the same issue and told me not to worry. Dr. Taylor never allowed us to fully express our concerns; he would often raise his voice and interrupt us while we were speaking. He always seemed rushed and eager to finish the appointment as quickly as possible, showing little interest in thorough check-ups. I was relieved to hear he had retired, but unfortunately, he still comes in occasionally to cover at the surgery.

   The worse customer services ever. The receptionist are always rude. I was registered patient with this practice since my birth. I have been feeling ill so I called to request an appointment to see a doctor and the receptionist turned around and told me I am not registered here any more. I was so confused as I have not informed you regarding changing any GP or change of resident. Just because I hadn’t been for a year does not mean you remove people off. Such a shame

   Fabulous practice, been with them for years and they've moved with the times. Friendly staff, from receptionists to GPs and ancillary staff, and helpful. Wouldn't change practices for anything.

   Dr Angela Joseph was so rude. I am a healthcare professional myself and she jus said my symptoms are probably IBS and didn’t even examine or look at my my abdomen even though I reported it was abnormally swollen. She was a very rude GP

   Although the doctors and nice and very helpful, the receptionists are always incredibly rude and unhelpful. They refuse to give any appointments and on multiple occasions have ordered my daughter’s , who is a type 1 diabetic patient, prescription wrong with some extra orders of things not needed and some necessary equipment not being ordered. This causes major problems as she needs her medication to function in her day to day life. The only reason we continue to go there is because it’s the closest surgery to us.

   Very satisfied with the service. I always manage to speak to someone,calls are answered promptly and Receptionists are helpful and polite. Doctors appointments are offered withing few days compared to other Surgeries where patients have to wait for weeks. Doctors ways call on time and are very helpful. I have been with this Surgery for the past 10 years , and from other experiences I heard about, this is the BEEST SURGERY IN THE AREA so far. I believe that those saying staff members are rude people get what they give...
