Reception are useless. They'll do anything they can not to give you an appointment, then tell you you're late when you're not to get rid of you so that they don't have to deal with you. Go elsewhere, you won't get any kind of decent service here!

One star. Very disappointing experience. In over a year of being registered with Yeading Court Surgery, I was only able to get three appointments—and each one involved arguing with staff just to be seen. Communication is poor, and unless you speak the same language as some staff members, it feels like you’re treated differently. I would not recommend this surgery based on my experience.

I don’t really know what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve never had an issue with this surgery since 2020. Every time I have needed an appointment, they have given me one for the same week, even the same day. The doctor is nice and helpful, addresses all concerns. I had blood tests today by the nurse and she was very kind and understanding, she reassured me and distracted me as I am not good with blood. Reception staff are nice and helpful as-well. Also anytime I have needed a prescription, it has been sent over to my nominated pharmacy within 24 hours. No complaints from me.

Will be leaving the surgery today. Phoned up for an emergency appointment as I am a long term sufferer of sinusitis, it's so bad I sometimes end up in hospital with it. The receptionist told me that I don't need to speak to the Dr and that a chemist will be able to decide whether or not I need antibiotics. I was polite throughout the call and explained I needed to speak to the the Dr. She booked the appointment and put the phone down on me. I don't understand why she was so rude and rudely put the phone down on me when I was polite and I am genuinely very ill. I can no longer stay with this surgery based on this one receptionist. She is always rude and clearly has an attitude problem. The surgery needs to give her training on how to speak to people or maybe she needs a new profession. She is on in the mornings and I believe she is the only English receptionist at the surgery. I and very disappointed with how I have treated this morning and this is the reason for this bad review.

Awful awful awful! Do not sign up, do not be a patient RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS GP SURGERY! They mess up important prescriptions dosages. You can only get an appointment if you call at 8am on Fridays and even if it’s urgent there’s no guarantee you’ll speak to a dr. The receptionists think they’re the bouncers for the NHS and have no respect for any patients. Absolute disgrace to the NHS this family run gp surgery. I needed my medical history they never send it, I need my medication updated they never do it. I need a dr to ring me for longer than 2 seconds so I can actually answer the call and speak with them. Needs shutting down or a new decent family to manage it because it’s ridiculous. Peoples lives are important and they act as if people are dispensable things. Who care right? They don’t!!!

This is my highlights picture, i went them to book and and they mentioned color will be similar as i wanted, but they cant achieve perfectly blonde. Which i can understand but as everyone can see this picture and see highlights which doesn’t even exist. I went there for service that m gonna pay 169 and i expect them to do their job, as they said but unfortunately they can’t helped out. I came before that if they cant do they need to tell me before rather dan giving this kind of worst experience. Getting professional to do something and went to them to find how, why they will do thing and what will be result. But they said and cant even do it. And more over customers satisfaction is really important for a business, which i feel like they dont provide any satisfaction. Never had any experience like this i had highlights before many times and they always come and provide really satisfied result.

Dr Vejay is lovely but those receptionists are horrible. One of them told my uncle to go die.. he's 70yeara old!!!! Who does that? I think her name was Brenda or something like that.

Doctor was given the medicine three days ago and asked me to call again after three days to make an Appointment to check my heart . So I was call them to make and appointment.. the reception (name - sera). Not given the time.and she is toking like a doctor...
