Terrible GP practice. It's a rat race to get an appointment in the morning and if you miss the deadline you you simply try again tomorrow. When you do get an appointment your concerns are not taken seriously. Despite pleas to the doctors at Cobham health Centre my brother is now blind due to extreamly late treatment for his misdiagnosed hydrocephalys condition which needed attention months before. He was told he has food poisoning. I have seen the receptionists turn away a man who suddenly went deaf and was clearly struggling emotionally, telling him to phone up and make an appointment. It would be comical if not so serious.

I've had an amazing experience at this practice in the last couple of weeks. Managed to see an out of hours doctor twice (booked at a very short notice). What a brilliant idea to have this service by the way! Was offered referrals (physio session booked already, x-rays were offered in the space of a few days, blood tests done, dermatology appointment in Leatherhead hospital). Really impressed! A huge thank you to the team!
We used to have to pay $75 for each and every visit to a GP in Australia so we feel very lucky indeed now to have Dr Hobbs as our family doctor and for the outstanding, ongoing care we receive from the Cobham Health Centre and staff.
Dr Jenny Rutledge has been a brilliant doctor to me over the years. So caring and efficient in her manner. Gets "things done and seen to".
We moved to Cobham last August from Claygate where we had a great GP Centre and we we’re concerned we may not get such good service. Our concerns were totally unfounded as our dealings with Cobham Health Centre have been excellent throughout from getting appointments, helpful receptionists and lovely Doctors. I highly recommend this Health Centre.
We as a family have had nothing but excellent experiences at Cobham Health Centre. The online booking works well and a couple of times the receptionists have been extremely helpful when I could not get an online appointment. Throughout Covid doctors and nurses were supportive either by phone or in person and this is only getting better. We are very lucky to have such an efficient and caring local practice.
One of the receptionists has unique ability to be rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Shocking. Its a simple job to give people that need the appointment the APPOINTMENT! This surgery is Shocking the people that own it need to review all the Shocking staff. I'd rather sit in the dentist and talk with them and that's saying something.
