Gennai has been working with me for about 7 moths following double shoulder surgeries and an ankle op! Her physiotherapy exercises are very precise and always filmed to ensure that they are done correctly. Gennai always makes sure you are comfortable with your exercises before moving on to the next step, but also encourages the use of initiative where relevant. She has also aided my rehabilitation by using her expertise to target specific weaknesses when it comes to movement and strength work. I've had a number of acupuncture sessions with Gennai for all injuries and these have worked a treat! Her input has allowed me to progress very quickly and to start getting back to training as an international gymnast - 100% recommend!
