Thank you so much for your best NHS services! I highly recommend all of you!

Worst NHS experience ever.Staff are rude, aggressive, confrontational, disinterested and unhelpful. Why do they even bother goibg to work? The place should be closed down and then re-opened with staff that have some form of basic social/people skills and have at least some kind of basic communication skills.Indicative of the way the whole country is going and a true reflection of a system which is completely broken. Truly awful, but hardly a surprise in this day and age.

Terrible service from the doctor to the staff working there. No wonder the NHS has such a bad name because of the people working there. There is no duty of care nor from the doctor nor from the staff. I think they need to be reminded that tax payers pay their salaries. Truely shocking

I love my GP. I always manage to get through and have a call with my GP with any issues I have. Today I called at 0800. I had a conversation with my GP at 1030 and antibiotics by 1200. Thank you Dr Ishaque.

Worst GP ever. I’m a chronic asthmatic and could not take time off for an asthma review. I ordered inhalers and went to collect it only to be told I could not have any! I was so upset and stressed knowing that if I had an attack I would be in serious trouble. The reception lady was also cold to me and told me someone would get in touch .. of course no one did! Avoid this surgery. Very inhumane treatment… and the service is awful!!!

This post is for Dr Wadidi I have nothing against the Feltham practice itself but Ms Wadidi has mistreated my mother in one of their appointments to the point my mother was in tears and even then Ms Wadidi was apathetic towards her. When my mother attended her first appointment with Ms Wadidi, she went with my dad and Ms Wadidi was very respectful and well - mannered, (meaning she is capable of being nice) but when my mother attended her following appointments alone, she was mistreated - there was lack of empathy towards her condition, lack of respect and she told my mum "her time's up" abruptly. I would highly recommend that she is reviewed and this is investigated further because this type of discriminative behaviour should be dealt with. But I would like to say a massive thank you to Dr Patel who was taking care of my mother when Ms Wadidi was not in for a while. You truly have my mother hope in her time of need and hopefully I will have you for my upcoming appointment. God Bless

Worst GP ever, only time they take appointments is from 8am to 8am. If you call at 8.01am, either ur call wont get connected or you wont get an appointment for the same day but they can book appointment for you for after 15 days or so. If next days appointment needed again we've to call only btw 8am to 8am. I dont understand this stupid logic. Reception staff is very rude.

Very difficult to get an appointment sometimes it's takes 10 days, the most important thing is that doctors refer the patients on phone call and not physically checking the patients. To get an appointment on the reception by phone they hold you for at least 20/30 minutes & sometimes in vain

Never had any issues with staff or anything else. Good service. Thank you. Hope there will be some late appointments available for people who work 9-5.

Very unfriedly doctors! As you walk inside the room they never look at you. They talk to you while looking at the computer, tell you to take a seat, not looking at you at all. I had a toddler with a hight temperature that had to have the chest examined so I had to take off the bodysuit. After the examination I was dressing my child up which means I had to do the buttons again and then the doctor said to me : Leave it, you can do that later! I was shocked, he was obviously trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible. The examination itself took not more than 5 min so I don't understand what was the rush for. Very unfriedly and rude. I wouldn't recommend their services.
