I had a great experience at the health center — I received my blood test results within 24 hours. Dr. Khan and Nurse Vickie were both incredibly kind and attentive. I’d definitely recommend them!
Had been booked for physiotherapy and it's took 6 months to get an appointment and then only to be told it should have only taken 2weeks at the most. Pleasecexp Please explain as I had to suffice pain longer than it was necessary. Not happy Jenny T
Extremely concerning experience at Sunbury Health Centre My daughter has been suffering for over a year, during which we’ve had numerous appointments and repeated issues with referrals — the wrong referral has been sent four separate times. Despite asking on at least five occasions to speak with the practice manager, I’ve always been told they were “not in.” Today, I went in to request a complaint form, submit a Subject Access Request (SAR), and ask for a brief summary of my daughter’s records. Shockingly, the receptionist handed me another child’s medical records — with the same date of birth as my daughter, but a completely different name. The notes included deeply sensitive information, including mention of social services involvement and safeguarding concerns. This is a serious data protection and safeguarding breach, and it has left me deeply concerned about the way this practice handles patient information and care.
I’ve been coming to this GP for quite some time now, and the experience has consistently been positive. I’ve never had to wait too long for an appointment, which is a huge plus. The GPs are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Parking is also very convenient, with plenty of spaces available right outside the practice. Overall, a reliable and well-run GP.
I agree with the last review, we’ve had a really positive experience with the surgery since registering 5 years ago and our GP and the team there have been really supportive with my little one when needed. I’ve always had a call back in the same morning when it’s been urgently requested and the same for Appointments. The surgery has always been clean and well Organized and mostly all very friendly and helpful too. As a worried first time mum at the early days of having my child they were very helpful indeed.
This practice should be shut down. I certainly do not appreciate my money being spent on this "health centre"; it does not help their patients and the reception is unbelievably unhelpful and uncaring (and I am the one paying their wages...shocking!). When you call to make the appointment they direct you to go to the website to fill the form before they will even consider if you are allowed to see anyone. It makes me furious that MY money pay for this joke of a place and uneducated and unprofessional people "working" there. just been told I have to wait a WEEK to see anyone in the practice.
One star is a compliment for this surgery. Google needs to update the system and give them no star at all. Absolutely disgrace service provide telephone team. Does not Provide any customer care. And telling you to go to website. Not everyone got an access to internet and they refused to understand that
Every appointment there’s a problem or a 40 minute wait time. Doctors are disinterested and clueless. Only positive is the receptionists, who are always helpful and empathetic. Ive chosen not to seek help for medical problems over the last 3 years due to getting nowhere other than stressed and frustrated. Came to the surgery last month for a problem and still nothing has changed. Given up once again. Don’t waste your time, if you can get registered elsewhere.
absolutely bloody awful. The reception staff treat people with contempt. to get an appointment with a doctor is hit and miss at best and you have to keep on your toes when the reception deem it within their power to offer you an appointment. I turned up 10 minutes late on a train strike day only to be told the appointment would no longer be offered even though another patient was complaining at the time that his appointment was running over 30 minutes late. I spent £15 on an Uber to get to the surgery when i did as trsins were not running, but reception staff dont give a hoot. Awful service for the residents of Sunbury. I really miss the surgery at Surbition where I used to live that makes the Sunbury health centre seem like its run in a third world country. The Surbiton surgery was so much more professional. If you work for the Sunbury health centre, you should be ashamed!
Horrible horrible practice. I kept taking my mother for regular check ups with diabetes nurse and heart check ups and GP itself chosen to have phone conversation regularly. My mother passed away peacefully at home but this horrendous practice did not cooperate and none of the GP signed off her death certificate though coronor officers tried their best as my mother medical reports were very clear and detailed. Due to GP’s non cooperative behaviour my mother had to go through post mortem to establish it was a natural death. It was all unnecessary and I will never forget and forgive this inhumane practice!
