   I met Dr Patel a few months ago following heart surgery. She has been so helpful and supportive in the 3 appointments I have had with her. Her GP colleagues have also been brilliant in responding to a couple of my queries/requests through the app and reception staff have been helpful with bookings for appointments/blood tests etc. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received. Thank you all.

   I am very impressed with the service this surgery provides us. All the members of the staff of this surgery are very efficient , profesional and supportive. The doctors and nurses see us promptly and attentively. The staff at the reception tracks our records and call us to book necessary appointments and guide us. I am so confident that I receive the best care from this surgery.

   Had a wonderful experience before with a nurse. Today that experience was shadowed by a phone experience with a receptionist who did nothing to help. I was asked by my doctor to not go call in till April to give time to the medication to work but a fit note was not provided. When I asked for one in January, that request was ignored, I asked for it again and got a message to book an appointment. I called in to explain that I was told this isn't necessary but was happy to do so with someone I have spoken with already. I mentioned that the link provided to book did not show the doctor I was hoping to see but the receptionist did not check if she could do this over the phone just said the link should work and indeed, she does have appointments available, still didn't book me I wonder why? I also mentioned that I don't want to see someone new as I knew this would trigger my anxiety but she just said they're all capable of conducting the appointment completely disregarding what I just told her. I had to repeat myself multiple times as to why I'm calling but still didn't manage to book an appointment. I was clearly a nuisance to her. Shame as I never had an issue with anyone there. You should consider retaining her as to what it means to people to deal with these situations if they suffer from anxiety and panic disorder.

   I have recently visited the Fir Road surgery and seen 3 different GP‘S. My experience of the service provided has been extremely positive. The reception team are always polite, helpful and efficient and the Doctors are thorough, professional allowing time to explain any health diagnoses. I am happy to provide this feedback as I am aware that not all doctor’s surgeries operate such an efficient service. Thank you and a score of 10 out of 10 is well deserved.

   I have been with this so called surgery for nine years I call up at 8.30 as told and 5 minutes later it talk to reception and they are full I've tried for an appointment for 3 days now its ridiculous.surely after 5 minutes they are not full there is alway only 1 receptionists answering the phones and one call for them takes 3 minutes it's getting worse if uou are looking for doctors surgery don't come here they even turn away under5's witch they are not allowed to do

   Never had an issue, sure sometimes getting an appointment can be frustrating but the staff are always friendly and helpful and the Doctors are excellent.

   Absolutely rediculius surgery my mum had an xray to weeks ago yet no dr had even glimpsed at it, although she was supposed to have the results a week later, called the surgery about 5 times to be told by the receptionists that they would put message on the system to get the Dr to look and call back absolutely disgusting I will be making a complaint and will be looking at at getting her another Dr who actually does their job

   On the occasions I have used Fir Road surgery over the years I have always found the staff and doctors excellent and very professional. It may be difficult to get appointments these days and they are definitely over worked but that hasn't changed the great service they provide. People should show more consideration to the people who work in care services.

   15 min wait to answer the phone but got an appointment in 7 days time, receptionist friendly and helpful, the GP I saw was brilliant, very friendly and efficient, overall a good experience
