I have been registered with this practice since 2018. I would like to acknowledge that Mrs Rai, the nursing team, and the reception staff have consistently treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. For that, I am grateful. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been deeply frustrating and have left me feeling unsupported as a patient. A hospital referral to the neurology department was requested to be actioned by my GP on 26 March 2025 by West Mid. As of December 2025, this referral has still not been completed. During this time, I have continued to experience ongoing symptoms without appropriate specialist input, through no fault of my own. I have also been left confused and disappointed by the suggestion from a staff member that delays in follow-up appointments are the responsibility of patients. Hospital correspondence often states that follow-up will occur within a specific timeframe, and patients understandably rely on this information. When these timeframes are not met, the impact falls directly on patientsβ health and wellbeing. Due to these delays and a lack of communication between departments, I am now being told I must wait until March 2026 β β6β8 weeksβ from September as my letter would suggest β before my prescription can even be reconsidered. I did not choose to require medical care, but I did expect reasonable communication, timely referrals, and continuity of care. Sadly, this has not been my experience.

I had very bad experience with this surgery. Specially mrs Jaswinder Ganesh she was so rude and unprofessional to me. She was asking me about my English and judge me with language. She was so ridiculous and rude about speech. She ask about some medicine I said itβs long time ago so I donβt have idea. She said who gave you visa if you donβt know English.Don,t go to this surgery

I have always had a very positive experience with Cranford Medical Centre. As a stroke survivor, the level of care, attention, and professionalism from the entire team has been impeccable. GP practices are under immense pressure and often donβt get the recognition they deserve, so I want to thank Dr Sethi and the whole team β doctors, nurses, and support staff β for always being attentive, thorough, and caring. Iβve always felt listened to and supported, and I truly value the dedication they show to their patients. Highly recommend Cranford Medical Centre β a fantastic surgery providing excellent care!

Absolutely rubbish surgery. I wouldnβt even give it a 1 star. Staff are hopeless. You can never get through to anyone on reception. I had an appointment which I arrived on time for, Doctor kept me waiting for 1 hour to take a general non urgent meeting. This surgery canβt do anything correctly.

This GP was one of the best few years back, however the timelines have dropped below par level... Today i am still waiting to see the GP for more than hour an half when I had appointment. There is only 1 doctor who is working doing muti task attending the patients and also guiding the new starters at reception desk. The doctor seemed overstreched seeing the patients. This needs high attention from NHS management for not meeting the basic principles of patient. A survey would definetely benefit as it would give a good feedback.

Very poor service, Hospital send them request to view the medicine some lady call and book telephone appointment 24 November 2022 10am to 1150am. I received call at 15:40 from Dr Sethi she don't know anything why she calling me then she put me on hold and drop the line because another telephone comes. Really Cranford medical centre is finished, I request NHS please donβt give contract or hire Doctors like Dr Sethi unprofessional person. I am heart Patient really surprise how this surgery works, really poor service. Thanks azhar

Being there for a while. Some doctors are trying to do what they can. It used to be one good receptionist but she is not there anymore. A new, old lady who is now in reception dropped off the phone 2 times because she insisted that I need to provide old documentation from 30 years back translated to English to book an urgent appointment. I have to visit them personally to book one in tje urgent problem with the health. The problem is serious and still not resolved after a 6 weeks of the sickness. Avoid this surgery if possible.
