   Horrible Service – Unprofessional and Disorganized I had an absolutely terrible experience at this physiotherapist clinic. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. She refused to acknowledge us as patients and kept cutting us off every time we tried to explain our situation. Instead of assisting us, she made the entire process frustrating and stressful. To make things worse, she called five different patients and rescheduled all of them for 12:30— which was originally my appointment time! This left all of us waiting in frustration, with no clear explanation or proper organization. After 40 minutes of wasted time, it became obvious that this clinic was completely unprofessional, so we left and found another clinic through our health insurance. If you're looking for a place that respects your time and treats patients properly, avoid this clinic at all costs. The level of disorganization and disregard for patients is unacceptable

   This is a well overdue review to express my appreciation and gratitude for this place . I’ve known this wonderful clinic and even more wonderful people for far too many years. I’ve had different issues again and again and each and every time I’ve been looked after in a way that it gives you hope to be pain free in no time . I believe in the power of exercise but what I believe more in is the care and professionalism Sushma and her team are putting into their work day in day out . Whether my neck was so stiff that I needed to turn 180 degrees to talk to someone or my lower back hurt so badly that I nearly went to see them crawling , they helped me to become pain free each and every time without fail and I can simply not recommend them enough . I’ve seen clients of all ages on their corridors , they ensure they give you the earliest possible appointment so you don’t suffer in pain , they are very reasonable in terms of fees for all treatments . They offer a large variety of treatments and they have weekend Pilates classes , too , which I hope I can rejoin soon . A heartfelt thank you to Sushma and her team , a place that I will always come back to and recommend to everyone I know . N.M.

   musculoskeletal physiotherapist, Dhwani was excellent on the very first session. She was able to identify the issue on my shoulder injury very soon during the first consultation. Her treatment immediately was very effective. Have two more sessions and am very hopeful that these will be as productive as the first . She has continued to provide excellent treatment on the second session with focused exercises which are making great difference to the overall progress.

I cannot recommend using the Sherwood Clinic in Harrow enough as their service is very professional. If you are offered physiotherapy as part of your recovery do not hesitate to take up the offer, it really helps with the recovery and healing process.

   Anila has done an amazing job, helping to get my knee back to normal. From the very first session, she was able to quickly identify the route cause, explain this clearly to me and put together a detailed treatment plan. As we progressed through the physio sessions, I have seen a great improvement in my knee, and I could not be more thankful to Anila for this. Would 100% recommend the Sherwood clinic and specifically Anila to all.
