   I used to be sceptical about alternative treatments, but now I've gone full blown the other way around. Now I trust Dr Zhang more than I do my own doctor/NHS as they only want to prescribe me pharmaceutical things and never look into the root cause, unlike Dr Zhang. She has helped me fix foot pain, fix an itchy skin problem, and fix my hay fever. I was so happy with the results i even I've brought both my mum and dad from the other side of London just to get treated by her and in 2024 I saw her more then I saw my own doctor which says a lot. She's humble, honest and will not try and sell you stuff like many other acupuncture places. She takes the time to understand the issue and then does her best to help you. Some things require a revisit, but some things she can fix quickly. It's definitely worth a try. Dr. Zhang, this review is a year to late but I just remembered to do it as I have to come back to get your help with hayfever, which is starting to come back again.

   Dr Zhang is really a wizard. I have been to numerous healthcare providers. Physio, Chiro and Sports Massage to mention a few. They were all short lived solutions. Dr Zhang is just that, she is a Dr of health and knows how acupuncture really works coupling it with acupressure. She has managed to releive tension in my muscles and in turn releive pain for longer term than others. In addition to this, she cured my wife's long term allergy issue. My wife suffered from allergy for 10+ years. A couple of visits to Dr Zhang and its all gone for good. Just to add, Dr Zhang is very humble and caring, she never tries to up-sell or tries to sell anything. She will only recommend for you to see her again in order to recover from your issues.

   I visited this clinic with severe symptoms of disc degeneration causing sciatica. After many months of pain which was affecting my quality of life, I decided to try acupuncture. It has been amazing! Dr Zhang is so professional and thorough. I have had a series of five treatments and my symptoms have improved to the point where I am now pain free. I am so grateful to Dr Zhang and will definitely return to her in the future.

   I have visited the Real Relaxation Clinic over a long period to deal with stress and fertility issues. Having to stop treatments during Covid lockdowns made it clear that Dr Zhang's treatments have been very good and effective for me. In addition to health acupuncture in the calm environment, there is acupressure treatments also available. I love that Dr Zhang will listen to my concerns but spend a few minutes reading my body signals which is essential to healing. Often symptoms I have disregarded or told are just one off or not necessary and can be managed with a paracetamol are of more concern to Dr Zhang for a full diagnosis. Acupuncture is a slow healing process. As someone who lacks patience it has been deeply therapeutic and wonderfully out of body healing experience which I fully recommend to others.

   Very good experience. I had an issue with my shoulder, probably caused by playing extensive cricket. I went private through my employer to physiotherapy, they tried everything but my pain persisted. I then searched on Google to find a reliable place for accupuncture and I found this place. Best choice I ever made. After 5 therapies my pain completely vanished, 4 years on I still have no pain. Excellent place and the main lady who does the therapy is very honest. She won't give wrong advice to make an extra quid. Will definitely go back and recommend my family & friends.

   I have had 2 courses of 8 sessions with Dr Zhang for a few problems including an under active thyroid and back and neck ache. I was diagnosed with my thyroid problems years ago and have never felt so good since I have been seeing her, I have more energy and the bloating has all gone. I have also had severe neck pain for many years and this too has all gone. I will definitely continue to have more sessions with Dr Zhang, she is very patient and understanding and is very good at explaining the treatment as she goes along. Highly Recommended.

   I highly recommend Dr. Zhang. She is amazing and is always very helpful and lovable! I've got polycystic ovary syndrome and I had no periods at all for a year. When I started seeing her and I felt very comfortable immediately, and also I've got the period after an acupuncture session. I was continuing to have my acupuncture sessions and the periods became regular. Now I am pregnant for almost 3 months, and when I told my GP I was pregnant she said it was unbelievable! Thanks for Dr.Zhang, she is a great listener and never treat you like a patient!
