   I had the pleasure of going to claygate clinic yesterday and joining Amber Moon on a spiritual journey with a sound bath and aromatherapy. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the winter solstice and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.    I’ve been having therapeutic massages with Zoë for a few years now, her expertise and knowledge is wonderful. I always have a mini consultation before hand to see if there are any areas Zoë needs to concentrate on. The therapy rooms are always clean, calm, warm and smell amazing! The whole team at Claygate clinic are welcoming and always greet you with a smile. Nothing is ever any trouble when booking appointments and they are always accommodating.

   I just had the most magical facial from Laura at The Claygate Clinic. It was called a 'zone face lift' but is not invasive at all (as I'm very anti that kind of thing). It left me incredibly relaxed, smooth skinned, and I'm hoping looking just a little bit younger...Laura's manner is so soothing that I almost fell asleep - I'm sure she wouldn't have minded but I would have missed out on the full wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

   The Claygate Clinic has a treasure trove of amazing therapists. Helen and her team of Osteopaths have done a brilliant job before and after my hip replacement. There is a very talented massage team offering all types of massage. Lyndell with her wonderful Arometherapy and Ballinese massage is definitely a highlight of any visit to this marvellous therapy centre.
