   The most ridiculous service ever. I had a booked appointment and arrived on time. 40 minutes had gone by and I still hadn’t been seen. Bear in mind the waiting room was empty (apart from me.) A nurse came out and called another person whose appt was 1 hour before mine - (but this person must have got fed up of waiting and had also left). About 50 minutes, I gave up and left without being seen. On the way out I stopped at Reception. There was an older Indian woman sat there but didn’t even bother to look up to serve me. Funny how if we miss appts or arrive late we get a warning, but this service is allowed to waste peoples time. I took unnecessary time off work to attend this appt too. What a complete waste of my time and tax payers money. The recent negative reviews of this place says it’s all really.

   Only giving 1 star because zero or better still negative stars are not available. This has to be the worst run, most inefficient clinic on the planet. Not only that, it’s filled with the most miserable and rude staff I have ever encountered. I had an appointment today and I arrived to find 4 staff behind the counter, one gives you a slip of paper and tells you go upstairs. I mentioned to her the sanitiser dispenser was empty and she said “oh” (she didn’t care in the slightest). On the way upstairs I pass a 5th member of staff. Then a 6th member of staff comes and says “can I have that” pointing at the slip of paper i was given downstairs, she takes it and disappears (no greeting, no thank you and no mention of what I should do or how long I might have to wait). So I sit there in a completely empty waiting room and wait….while staff members 7 & 8 wonder around outside not looking like they are doing much. After 30 minutes and just as the only other patient arrives, i decide I’ve had enough and I leave. This was my second (and last) visit, was hoping the bad experience the first time was a one-off, clearly not. Clinic’s like this are why the NHS has a name for being inefficient. Avoid at all costs.
