   Will have put 0 star if could. Only the nurse does a good job there. When ever you call for an appointment or blood test there is never appointments! They delete you from the system and they show no care. Two years ago called them to arrange for blood test, ended up doing them with private insurance as they never called back, been in today for blood test, was waiting for 30 min to realise that they been letting others before me. This will not be an issue if I was not pregnant diabetic having to fast, before the test!

   Had the pleasure today of meeting Rebecca the most kindest, caring, understanding individual. She was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. I wish her all the best and I’m sure she would be a true asset where ever she is place.

   This facility falls short of the standards expected of a healthcare clinic or GP surgery. There is a consistent lack of respect for appointment times, with patients often being expected to accommodate delays that extend beyond working hours. I have experienced over six appointment cancellations due to staff shortages, and even when I was granted an emergency appointment, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes without being attended to, ultimately forcing me to leave without receiving care. It is concerning that the clinic appears to operate under the assumption that all patients are pensioners with flexible schedules. This lack of consideration for working individuals raises serious questions about the clinic’s ability to provide accessible and efficient healthcare services. A complaint will follow to the NHS

1. Change Flow ★☆☆☆☆

   For the past 3 times I've tried to get repeat prescriptions, it has been delayed, I have to call up several times to remind them each time. There is a lady on the receptionist in the afternoons, that sounds quite emotionally unstable, she puts on this dramatic victimised voice and asks me if i know why the prescriptions are delayed, and I say to her, quite calmly but also confused 'uh, no, i don't work there, i'm a patient,' then she says, 'she doesn't know why it's been delayed but they will call you', it seems like she is not really present in reality, it is quite concerning. It is very disappointing, I will be changing GP surgeries, quickfast!

   Dr Koye is an amazing GP. i have been her patient since 2004 and she has provided me and my family with amazing care. She always follows up with tests and ensures the right interventions are always done in a timely fashion. She is meticulous with her care. She always goes above and beyond with her care.

   I am not registered with this practice however I am appalled by the responses they have given in previous Google reviews. It seems that the practice is accessing patients medical records after receiving a review. This is highly against Information Governance and against the ethos and values of the NHS. Patients information should be used fairly, lawfully and transparently. It should be used for specified and explicit purposes and in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary. This practice is breaching confidentiality, leading to unauthorised disclosures and access to patients personal data, just to respond to Google reviews. Any GP Practice and healthcare providers need valid and lawful reasons to access and open patients medical records. A negative Google review does not suffice to breach information governance. Really appalling.... Edit: following my review, it seems that the previous responses that breached confidentiality have been deleted... JUSTICE SERVED.

   This Practice is a total joke. They expect everybody to call at the same time for same day appointments. This is total insanity. The phone os permanently engaged, & by the time you finally get through, all the appointments are gone. I can't beleive that they are actually allowed to get away with this madness. I left one star because there was no option for zero stars, or even better minus stars.
