the pharmacy and reception can be very rude depends who's working but my MINT doctor is brilliant he gets 5stars.
I had an appointment for my son and had booked it 3 weeks in advance. They rang the Saturday before and called from a different number to cancel and I didn’t answer. They left no voicemail. I arrived on Monday morning and was told it was cancelled. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning.
I find my GP Dr Swain very good and compassionate. He takes time to listen and he really knows what he is doing. I have met so many GPs in the past and I am very grateful for the wonderful service I get from Broadmead surgery. The Practice Nurses are lovely and kind. Ready to answer all my queries. The receptionists are helpful. Especially the youngish ones. I have never encountered anything worth complaining about at all. Even the pharmacy is efficient. Messaging and emailing to remind collection and even phoning me to ask for any adverse rections to my new medication which I never experienced in any of my previous pharmacies. Cant say I have visited any of the GPs in this building, however the mental health team in this building is just as bad as every where else, that is if your a white cis male. Spent almost all of my life living under Harrow's abomination of mental health care. Moved to a new area thinking things were different. But like the rest of the mental health services across London, it is flawed. Like the rest of the NAH they favour treating people with the need for attention over the people with actual mental health issues. My named care worker left at the start of January, the only reason I am aware of this is having recently fallen depressed and in need of there services, I have to wait however long until these people decide I am a priority. Once again I have first hand evidence of people identifying as the opposite sex getting a little upset with life gets a duty worker to the house. Some one who has no want to stop drinking gets the support and help only for them to ignore the help and drink a crate of beer a day. So you have mental health crisis? Tell them you drink like a fish and identify as the opposite sex to get any form of help from these people. Yet I am still expected to put my trust and faith in people that frankly don't care its an absolute joke. NO HELP SERVICE AT ITS BEST!
Yesterday 30 January 2023 my wife had an appointment with Drs Asma Mahmood, she was to much rude and unhelpful, the Doctors must be patient with their patients and try to find the patients sickness and way of treatment not to be rude, Mrs Asma Mahmood made my wife become very Sad and disappointed
Staff are so so rude and unhelpful.! My daughter was referred for a blood test here and we didn’t have the forms and the receptionist on Goodcare practice was so rude and not willing to print up forms from the system. She told me to go back to my practice which is 3 miles away and get forms come back. Spoke to my own practice who are so helpful and caring had to email her. We waited 4 wks for these blood tests.! Such an unpleasant and stressful experience.!
Dr.Bhaven Modha is an amazing human and dentist;So humble,knowledgeable and good listener with high sense of sympathy for his patients and families. Words can’t describe my many times experiences of visiting him and his colleagues,Such an angel. Also Simonetta is a great nurse,who cares about other people around her and patients,she’s not working just like a robot,she’s a problem solver lady with a big smile on her face and respect in her behavior. Horrible staff .had infected cyst painful for more than a month no refererel was sent when i started chasing they were rude.secretary threats me she will remove me from surgery doctor dont know what scan to request for my cyst. Secretary tells me ure a horrible person n puts phone . Changing Gp from this rude staff n illiterate ppl 0/10 surgery only kauR receptionist was the nicest . I challenge them to chk my 1 month record of their negligence. N call recordings how rude n illiterate they are . Finally cahnging Gp
