Over time, the quality of this medical practice has declined significantly, and it is no longer meeting the standards of care previously observed. The level of patient care provided by the physicians is currently a source of great concern.
Impossible to make an appointment now, how are you supposed to contact them now the phone service is dead? Not everything can be dealt by the Hospital, which is clearly overloaded. Not all patients can register online and book appointments through the complicated online system.
I was registered with this practice for years before moving away. I used to see Dr Sills until he retired,and then later a few inbetween before seeing Dr Ruben who was great. As I have just returned to the area and need to register again, i thought I would check out the reviews which are all negative. I think I will have to shop around.
Should be minus 100 stars, this surgery is the doomsday surgery they are most likely killing people as they deny them medical care. There phone staff are dumb on purpose as if they want you to get so mad and swear. If ever the world's most useless doctors phone staff and admin staff wanted to do a collaboration they came together at cassio surgery. Four years with such busy needs of the people they answer one phone at a time with girls just walking about doing nothing. To call them take an hour out. No chat service or email something so simple to manage. Give them a prescription request they'll ignore the note and just mess it all up. I wish they'd just get closed down. I rang another surgery got through in under five minutes after decades today I'm changing I think everyone else should too as this cassio surgery is a waste it needs to close for the best of its patients. After Dr gujral left it's now just a self service if that half surgery no perm doctors just clowns. These people are insensitive and unprofessional.
Fully agree with all the negative reviews. No one picks up. Driven me to also change surgeries due to how incompetent they are
One. No one picks up the phone. Ever. Two. If you want to see your doctor (from the few they have left) you can't. They want you to see a professional health care assistant, but no doctor. They won't even give you an appointment with your doctor even of you're willing to wait as they don't book further then 2 weeks. They ask you to phone back in 2 weeks to get an appointment with your doctor, except, you've guessed it, no one answers the phone. So you go in and guess what? Right again, you can't see your doctor as he's fully booked for next 2 weeks so phone back in a fortnight. You get the picture. It wasn't a great surgery when they answered the phones and had doctors, yet now they look at you as if you're mad. Which you will be after dealing with the Godforsaken surgery. Will come as no surprise that I have now changed surgeries.
Really fed-up with the service. They are become a money making machine. My wife requested the letter 3 weeks ago urgent purpose but still not receive. The funny thing was when we requested the letter next day received the message for come and make the payment. My wife 9 month pregnant but we went and pay. Why they can't say pay the money when collect the letter same time. Hope they won't leave until next year to provide the letter.
Worst surgery ever. Been on the phone waiting list for over 30mins and when my call was answered I was put on mute for over 10mins. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They never give any emergency appointments when its needed. Please avoid or change your GP ASAP not worth trying with them you will never receive any good service.
Receptionist are not helpful at all. Supposed to see by doctor at 11 but here is 12:20 and still waiting to see anyone. Receptionist told me still three patient before me. Whats the point to give appointment to patients. If you can't follow the time. They can't manage this surgery. I am not surprised to see all other review. Most of their patients gave negative feedback.
