Do not recommend!! IPL / laser hair removal might be good however the service of the clinic is not. You buy minutes as per package deal. At the desk, I raised a point, to the male that didn’t even bother standing up as front of the house, that the actual treatment lasted 5 to 6 minutes so why detract 10 minutes, I was told that the time start from when i step in to when I leave I debated that if that’s the case it should be 8 minutes taken off my package and as an answer I got we just rounded up and put 10 as is convenient for them. This is not the first time I had an issue with this clinic but unfortunately as they don’t do refund and I value my money I have no choice if not to finish my package. I’m in a beauty industry myself and this is unacceptable. This place is lacking on respect for people and professionalism.
Been coming here since 2008 and only now need to visit every couple of years as a top up - just for smoothness. The team have been excellent from the beginning and I am practically hair free! Brilliant place to come and well worth the money!
