   Do not recommend!! IPL / laser hair removal might be good however the service of the clinic is not. You buy minutes as per package deal. At the desk, I raised a point, to the male that didn’t even bother standing up as front of the house, that the actual treatment lasted 5 to 6 minutes so why detract 10 minutes, I was told that the time start from when i step in to when I leave I debated that if that’s the case it should be 8 minutes taken off my package and as an answer I got we just rounded up and put 10 as is convenient for them. This is not the first time I had an issue with this clinic but unfortunately as they don’t do refund and I value my money I have no choice if not to finish my package. I’m in a beauty industry myself and this is unacceptable. This place is lacking on respect for people and professionalism.
