I'm really sorry for what I'm going to say because the podiatrist made my insoles and they look good quality. He made me do all the exercises and he worked hours on it. The problem is that after one month i started having pain and i needed to discuss with him a solution. When i went to the pharmacy i couldn't get a free appointment as at the counter i was told that he charges every 15 minutes, so i explained to the pharmacist that i need to discuss about the insoles have been already made. They asked my number and told me that he would have been called me or give me an appointment. After two weeks i haven't hear anything from anyone. I am disappointed as i wasted 390 pounds. That's my experience unfortunately. Good luck
