   I had a gynaecology appt which turned out to be more complex and painful than anticipated. The staff were amazing, so kind and supportive, very caring and made the situation much easier to deal with. Miss Katy Ammar and her team were fantastic!

   I've been under an Asthma nurse Lori at Borne Hall in Ewell .. she has been incredibly supportive and helpful in every way . Following up with phone calls as well as chasing up specialist and she cares not just about my Asthma but has assisted in pursuing a satisfactory result from my GP too whe she realised I hadn't had a " normal" blood pressure reading in 12 years .. can't thank her enough

   I had an appointment for colposcopy. Walking in the 1st receptionist Jenny, was very welcoming and polite, giving directions as to where to check in. Going toward the 2nd reception to check in for the actual procedure, the receptionist was extremely loud asking so many personal questions, which is absolutely fine for the NHS record but there’s a way to do it. Someone could easily take the personal informations and do something with them. Also she kept addressing everyone as “darling” like not in a nice way, more rude way. Professionalism is very important. Waiting area was very clean and welcoming, toilet was also clean. The nurse who came to get me was very kind. Then nurses Daska and Edyta both assisting Ms Faizah Mukri were extremely kind and helpful throughout. Ms Mukri was an absolute delight, her approach was extremely gentle, lots kindness and very professional. She explained everything in details and answered every single one of my questions and reassured me. I felt i have been super well looked after by the whole team. Thank you so so much.

   I had to have a hysteroscopy and biopsy today at the clinic and I just want to say how amazing the staff were. The clinic is clearly a very busy and needed service and the whole team were sympathetic professional efficient and understanding throughout my visit. The reception staff were very attentive and between the team I was even able to get and receive a Zoladex injection all in one day also. I would personally like to thank Mr Psychoulis the Consultant who managed to put me at ease and dealt swiftly with my procedure very professionally and informatively and Sharon Young who liaised with myself and the team in co-ordinating my care on this day.

   Original review: My appointments keep getting cancelled with no explanation. This time it has not even been rescheduled. Amended review: Finally got to attend the appointment that kept getting cancelled, and got referred here for something else too under a different discipline, and actually, this hospital is pretty great. Everyone I spoke to in person was kind, and listened. Appointments didn’t run too late, and things are actually getting done. It’s been much smoother and easier aside from the cancellations than Epsom, and it has a much nicer atmosphere.

   This is the best hospital in UK. My second visit and saw different staff/doctor. But my impression same. Always nice people. Located in semi countryside and building looks old. BUT, all staff and doctors (or specialists) super high level from patient(customer)care to professional advise. Every staff charming.
