I am always impressed with the surgery . Reception staff on the phone and face to face are always warm, caring and friendly . This morning I sent an online request for an appointment at 8.30 . This was reviewed immediately and I was contacted at 8.35 to coming in to see the GP. The GP was very thorough and caring and did not rush the appointment . Couldnβt ask for more from them !

I have been with this practice for decades and the doctors are very good, but the appointment system just isn't working. The two-page online triage form is only available from 8am according to the website. When the page refreshes at 8, it says that 'due to the time of day', requests can't be reviewed. This continues despite dozens of refreshes. You phone at 8.30am to be told you must fill in the online form. This form then comes to life. You fill it in. You're told you will be contacted within 1-3 working days. And if you have any urgent issues, you should... wait for it... call your GP! The practice has also withdrawn the ability to make routine appointments via the NHS app - something that is encouraged by the NHS nationally.

They are amazing. Despite the challenges the NHS facesβsuch as underfunding and high demandβthey have always done their best to support our needs. Yes, it can be hard to book appointments due to the high demand, but from my childrenβs care to my own, I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you.

Requested a prescription on Monday this week had text Tuesday to say issued just waiting to be signed off by a doctor. Collected from my nominated pharmacy on Thursday. Amazing service could not ask for more. I have been at this practice for over 30 years and have always found them professional, friendly and courteous. I use the NHS APP for my appointments and never have any problems. I have worked in retail for 46 years and speak to others as I would like to be spoken to myself. Manners cost nothing #be kind

Dr Gulati is my trusted expert GP at HHMC (+13 years). Always very polite, friendly, caring and understanding in her approach - which makes dealing with my ongoing medical needs all the better to deal with. Dr Gulati has had a huge positive impact through liaising with myself & the hospital to manage, control and monitor my condition. She carefully diagnoses symptoms, is very engaging and always happy to explain her suggestions though processes and includes me in decision making so I am a part of it. I am thoroughly impressed with Dr Gulati, feel very safe and appreciate her etiquitte and intelligence, always delivered with utmost care and a lovely smile. It is safe to say, I feel re-assured at Dr Gulati's hands and she is the perfect brand ambassador for this practice. Thank you!

Iβm writing on behalf of my elderly parent-in-laws who attend this surgery, Iβm often also involved in their care. All the team from reception, nurses and GPs have always been professional ,caring and respectful. Despite the immense strain the NHS is under, this surgery always strives to do its best. For anyone considering leaving a negative review about issues outside of your GPβs control - perhaps redirect your comment to your MP !

For the last couple of month I've had three bad experiences with this surgery. A) they left me a message to there for a requested appointment. I got there within 10min and the appointment was gone ! B) tried to book and appointment for my son, they booked him to Teddington Memorial Hospital for 10am, my son missed the whole day at school to find out that the appointment was actually booked for 12:30pm!!! (after over 40min waiting at the hospital) C) called 8:30am to see a doctor as suspected I had chest infection, they asked me to call an AMBULANCE!! After much discussion on the phone, the doctor will call me back (they don't know when!) to exam my chest through the phone!! The service has never being so bad !!!!

Recently switched to this practice and needed a repeat prescription due to ongoing preventative treatment. Because my records hadn't yet been received, they asked for further documentation. A 3 minute visit to the practice, and my hospital letters had been photocopied. Within an hour a member of the team called to confirm that they had signed off on the prescription and before the end of the day, I had an email from the pharmacy saying my medication would now be dispatched. Great service.
