   My experience with the care provided through Orchard Clinic was very disappointing. Communication felt poor throughout, and as a parent I did not feel fully involved or kept informed about important developments regarding my son’s wellbeing. After many years of consistent contact with him, there was a sudden and drastic change in our relationship during the period he was receiving treatment. When I tried to raise my concerns and ask for help understanding what was happening, I did not feel that they were taken seriously or explored in any meaningful way. As a parent this was extremely distressing, and I felt unsupported at a time when clear communication and guidance were needed. This experience has had a lasting impact, and I hope the clinic will reflect on how they involve and support families going forward.

   Brilliant, kind and quick service. I went for a comprehensive “WellWoman” blood test. I got the time slot that suited me (on a Saturday!) and was seen to without having to wait! My blood was taken easily- super kind and efficient service. And my results arrived Monday morning with a very helpful and detailed description of my next steps. I am a vegan so will be coming regularly for blood tests. It was exactly what I was looking for. Great service!

   Went for bloods to confirm the inaccuracy of a test elsewhere. Bloods were taken at 12pm and results received by 8am the following morning. 8-hour turnaround! Fast, convenient and friendly staff. Will definitely be back for future blood tests.

   We have been using this Clinic locally for pre-flight Covid testing since October 2020. The service has been amazing. Renu is so helpful sourcing appointments, quite often at the last minute and the swift turnaround of results is phenomenal for the price. Would highly recommend Orchard Clinic for your Covid pre-flight testing.

   I found Orchard Clinic to be helpful and efficient. I needed a slightly random blood test and they tracked it down quickly and squeezed me in. The premises are very modern and bright and airy and the staff were all pleasant. Would recommend.

   Can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. If you need a blood test quickly, in a relaxing atmosphere, you definitely need to visit Orchard clinic The staff are very professional, reassuring and always ready to help. It’s possible to make an appointment within the hour and you can get the results even after office hours. Definitely will come here again.

   I called Orchard Clinic just before they closed for the day to see if they could possibly squeeze me in to have my Fit to Fly PCR test done. They made it happen, and I received my results less than 24 hours later! The staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the clinic was lovely. I would definitely recommend!
